This adorable swim diaper for a first time experience in water will fit a 13 to 18 pound baby.  The pant has cute pink ruffles around the legs and imprinted with two dragonflies.  One dragonfly dark pink body and the other is a lighter pink body.  The fabric has lighter blue Hibiscus flowers imprinted all over.
Measurements:  Waist with no stretch is 15 inch circumference.
Legs with no stretch are 9.5 inch circumference each.
